A will from Michael Jackson, executed in 2002 and filed with a Los Angeles court on Wednesday, leaves his entire estate to a family trust to be administered by executors, according to court papers obtained by Reuters on Wednesday.

| Daughtry Goes Back To Clubs For New Album Launch |
Going back to the clubs to launch his band's sophomore album in August is neither foreign nor unwelcome for Chris Daughtry.
Before he became a finalist on "American Idol," Daughtry tells Billboard.com, "we played the clubs all the time, just like so many other bands. All I ever wanted to do was be in a successful rock band and play shows, so we really feel at home in (the clubs)."

Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer says he wrote his new book, "Hit Hard: A Story of Hitting Rock Bottom at the Top," in order "to be entertaining, but at the same to...help people."
Kramer tells Billboard.com that "Hit Hard," which publishes today (June 30), is the result of a four-year process with writers William Patrick and Keith Garde. Boys Like Girls mined a universe of nearly 80s songs for its sophomore album, "Love Drunk," which drops Sept. 8 with the first single -- the title track -- already out on MySpace Music and headed to Top 40 radio outlets on July 7.

Michael Jackson's death prompted a massive surge in sales of his singles and albums in the U.K., with his "Number Ones" compilation (Epic/Sony Music Entertainment) racing to No. 1, four other albums hitting the top 20, and six songs re-entering the top 40 of the singles chart.
